ISOUL Award · San Francisco 2025 — Ceremony Recap
Women Changing the World
in San Francisco.
Downtown San Francisco, CA · Silicon Valley
The Bay Area’s finest leaders.

San Francisco has long been a city of builders — a place where ideas turn into movements. On October 25th, ISOUL hosted its inaugural Women Leadership Award ceremony in downtown San Francisco, recognizing founders and visionaries from across Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, and global innovation hubs.
The evening felt more like a gathering of pioneers than a traditional awards show. Seven extraordinary women were honored across all seven award categories — each selected by a jury of 12 accomplished community leaders after a rigorous application and review process.
The ceremony was covered by San Francisco Post, marking the award’s first major press milestone.
“This award is not just about competition — it is about honoring women who rise together.”
— Jane Milovanova, Founder & CEO, ISOUL
