ISOUL Award · Paris 2026 — Applications Now Open
Your Leadership Belongs
in Paris.
Apply by September 1 · Ceremony October 3, 2026

Why Paris is the right stage.

After two landmark ceremonies in San Francisco and Los Angeles, ISOUL’s Women Leadership Award takes its most ambitious step yet — to one of the world’s most iconic cities, where vision, art, and ambition converge.
Paris isn’t just a backdrop. It’s a declaration that ISOUL’s recognition of women’s leadership belongs on the world stage — not just in Silicon Valley, but wherever excellence in leadership exists. For the first time, the award opens its doors to European leaders, connecting women from France, the EU, and global hubs with ISOUL’s 29-country network.
Eight categories. A Global Leadership Jury of 32 accomplished women. One evening on October 3, 2026 that will crown eight winners in the City of Light — and applications for a spot on that stage are open now through September 1.
“Paris is proof that women’s leadership has no borders. This is where the next chapter of ISOUL’s global recognition begins — and it starts with an application, not an invitation.”
— Jane Milovanova, Founder & CEO, ISOUL

A room that already has a soul.
Conservatoire Rachmaninoff · 26 avenue de New York, 75016 Paris.
We didn’t want a ballroom for this. We wanted a room that already had history in its walls, so the ceremony sits inside Conservatoire Rachmaninoff, a three-floor, 600m² building steps from the Seine. Portraits of Rachmaninoff, Chaliapin, and Serge Lifar still hang in the halls, next to engravings from Tsarist Russia. Students rehearse here on weekday afternoons — it’s a living conservatory, not a museum.
The ceremony itself unfolds in the Grande Salle de Concert: white walls, red velvet curtains, one crystal chandelier, two grand pianos, and a window that frames the Eiffel Tower like it was placed there on purpose. Up to 120 guests, close enough to see every face when a winner’s name is called.

Eight ways to lead.
Nominations are open in all eight categories — apply for yourself, or nominate a leader you admire. One winner per category, selected by the Global Leadership Jury.
