Privacy Policy — ISOUL Global Women’s Association

Operated by ISOUL LLC · 6 Liberty Square, Boston, Massachusetts 02109, United States

About ISOUL

The ISOUL Global Women’s Association (“ISOUL,” “the Association,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a selective international women’s leadership association, operated by ISOUL LLC, a company registered in the United States. Membership in ISOUL is granted by application and is not guaranteed. We unite 5,000+ founders, investors, CEOs, and women leaders across 29 countries through curated events, masterclasses, and peer communities.

ISOUL membership is a single annual membership product with a fixed 12-month term. It is not a monthly subscription and it does not renew automatically. The full membership and refund conditions are set out in our Terms and Conditions at https://isoul.space/terms-and-conditions/.

This Privacy Policy applies to our website https://isoul.space, our membership platform, our mobile application, and all related services. By using our website or applying for membership, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Who We Are (Data Controller)

Data Controller:

ISOUL LLC, operating the ISOUL Global Women’s Association

6 Liberty Square

Boston, Massachusetts 02109

United States

Email: isoul.wc@gmail.com

For residents of the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, ISOUL LLC acts as the Data Controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR.

2. Selective Membership — Application Data

ISOUL is an invitation-based and application-based community. Membership is not open to the general public. We review each application individually, and admission is at ISOUL’s sole discretion.

When you apply for membership, we collect:

  • Full name, professional title, and biography
  • Business information: company name, role, industry, stage
  • LinkedIn profile and social media links
  • Location (city, country)
  • Referral source (who invited you or how you found us)
  • Application essay responses
  • Professional achievements and goals

How we use application data:

  • To review and evaluate your application
  • To conduct due diligence on applicants to protect our community’s integrity
  • To communicate the decision of your application (accepted or waitlisted)
  • Approved applicants’ data moves into their Member Profile
  • Declined applicants’ data is retained for 12 months to prevent re-applications, then deleted

We do not share application data with third parties. We do not sell application data.

3. Membership Tiers and Payment Data

ISOUL offers two membership tiers. Both are sold only as annual membership, covering one fixed term of 12 months. Neither is a monthly subscription.

Tier Standard Annual Fee Description
ISOUL Resident $600 for 12 months Core membership with access to events, community, masterclasses, and digital resources
ISOUL Board Member $2,000 for 12 months Premier membership with full access, VIP event invitations, speaker opportunities, and dedicated mentorship programs

The fee applicable to you is the amount displayed at checkout at the time of your purchase, which may differ from the standard fee above. Whatever the amount, it covers the same single 12-month membership term.

When you purchase a membership, we collect:

  • Billing name and email address
  • Payment method details (processed securely via Stripe — ISOUL does not store card numbers)
  • Billing address
  • The membership tier purchased and the fee paid
  • The start date and end date of your 12-month membership term
  • The date on which your 14-day refund window ends
  • The date, time, and version of the Terms and Conditions in force when you completed payment
  • Transaction, payment plan, and refund history

Payment processing: All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. (our authorized payment processor). Stripe’s Privacy Policy is available at https://stripe.com/privacy. ISOUL and Stripe have a Data Processing Agreement in place as required by GDPR Article 28.

Why we keep these records: we retain the membership term dates, the fee paid, and the record of the conditions in force at the time of payment in order to administer your membership, to answer questions about your term or a refund request, to respond to payment disputes, and to comply with our accounting and legal obligations. The legal basis is the performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interest in keeping accurate financial and membership records.

No automatic renewal: memberships do not renew automatically, and ISOUL does not store or reuse your payment method to charge a renewal. Your card will not be charged again unless you make a new payment yourself. Before your 12-month term ends, a member of the ISOUL team contacts you individually to discuss whether you wish to continue for a further term; renewal terms are agreed with you individually and take effect only once you have agreed them and made the renewal payment. If you prefer not to be contacted about renewal, email isoul.wc@gmail.com.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

What you are purchasing:

ISOUL membership is a single annual membership product covering a fixed term of 12 months. It is not a monthly subscription, and the fee is payable for the term rather than for usage: it does not depend on how many events you attend or how much of the programme you use.

14-Day Refund Window:

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase or of an agreed renewal payment. No questions asked. This window is offered voluntarily by ISOUL and is the only period in which the annual fee is refundable.

After 14 days:

The annual membership fee is final and non-refundable. ISOUL does not issue refunds, partial refunds, credits, or prorated recalculations on the grounds of non-attendance, limited participation, your location or inability to attend in-person events in a particular country, a change in your circumstances, or a decision to end your membership early. Membership access continues through the end of the paid 12-month term.

Ending membership early:

Because membership does not renew automatically, no cancellation is needed to prevent future charges. Ending your membership early stops your access and member status but does not create a right to a refund or to a recalculation of the annual fee.

For EEA/UK residents: The 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive applies. However, by confirming your membership purchase, you expressly request that ISOUL begin providing services immediately, and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is limited to 14 days from purchase even if services have commenced.

No exceptions: after the 14-day window there are no grounds on which the annual fee is refunded or recalculated, including personal, financial, or medical circumstances.

To request a refund:

Email isoul.wc@gmail.com with subject line: “Refund Request — [Your Full Name]”

Include your purchase date and the email address used for your account.

We process approved refunds within 5–7 business days.

Where the full policy lives: this section summarises our refund conditions for transparency. The complete Cancellation and Refund Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions (Section 4), available at https://isoul.space/terms-and-conditions/. In the event of any inconsistency between this summary and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions prevail.
