1About the Award
The ISOUL Women Leadership Award is the highest recognition given by the ISOUL Global Women Association to women who are creating transformational change in business, innovation, and society.
Founded in Silicon Valley in 2025, the Award celebrates leaders who unite vision, strategy, and impact — and gives them a gateway to the world stage. It is held across multiple cities annually, with past ceremonies in San Francisco (October 2025), Los Angeles (March 2026), and upcoming in Paris (October 2026).
ISOUL Global Women Association unites female founders, investors, experts, and leaders from 29+ countries. With 250+ accredited members and 5,000+ community participants across 512+ events held worldwide, ISOUL operates as a global platform for women’s leadership, networking, and growth.
2It Is Completely Free
The ISOUL Women Leadership Award is a recognition of genuine achievement — not a paid program. We believe that authentic leadership should be honored on its own merit.
- No application fee. Submitting your application costs nothing.
- No nomination fee. Being selected as a nominee carries no charge.
- No finalist or winner fee. Winning the award requires no payment of any kind.
- No “pay to participate” schemes. Any offer requiring payment to secure a nomination or award is fraudulent and not affiliated with ISOUL.
The only things we ask of finalists are: participate in the live ceremony (travel costs are the responsibility of the attendee) and deliver a short motivational speech. Everything else is provided by ISOUL.
3Who Can Apply
The Award is open to women from any country who meet the following criteria:
- Gender: Women, including non-binary individuals who identify with women’s leadership communities.
- Industry: Any field — technology, business, arts, social impact, education, healthcare, finance, or other sectors.
- Geography: Any country. ISOUL is a global association with members across 29+ countries.
- Career stage: From emerging leaders (Rising Star, under 35) to established executives, founders, and investors.
- Track record: Applicants should be able to demonstrate measurable impact in their field — professional achievements, community contributions, or entrepreneurial results.
There is no minimum revenue, follower count, or title required to apply. We evaluate real impact and authentic leadership.

6Selection Process
The selection is conducted entirely by the Global Leadership Committee — a group of accomplished women leaders, entrepreneurs, and experts from 29+ countries, each assigned to one or more specific award categories.
Selection criteria vary by category but generally include:
- Measurable impact — tangible results, outcomes, and contribution to their field
- Leadership quality — vision, decision-making, ability to inspire and move others
- Authenticity — alignment between stated values and actual work
- Community contribution — how the nominee elevates others, not just herself
- Global relevance — potential or actual influence beyond local context
Important: The jury evaluation is independent. No applicant can guarantee selection through connections, social media status, or any means other than the quality of their application and demonstrated impact. The process is designed to be merit-based and transparent.
7Jury: Roles & Responsibilities
Each award ceremony features a dedicated jury — the Global Leadership Committee — composed of ISOUL members, residents, and invited experts. Jury members operate independently and are bound by the following principles:
