Agreement between User and ISOUL
Welcome to ISOUL. The ISOUL mobile app (the ‘App’) is a mobile application developed and operated by ISOUL LLC. ISOUL is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the ‘Terms’). Your use of ISOUL constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully and keep a copy for your reference.
ISOUL is a Social Networking and Educational App.
ISOUL is a social networking and educational platform designed to help users connect, learn, and stay informed through the following features:
- Networking: Users can create profiles, connect with others, engage in discussions, and share content within the ISOUL community.
- Educational Materials: The platform provides access to various educational resources, including study guides, articles, and other learning materials.
- Calendar & Event Updates: Users can view and stay updated on scheduled events, important dates, and community activities but cannot manage or create events.
By using ISOUL, you acknowledge that these services may evolve over time, and we reserve the right to modify, expand, or discontinue any feature at our discretion.
Privacy
Your use of ISOUL is subject to ISOUL LLC’s Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the App and informs users of our data collection practices.
Electronic Communications
Visiting ISOUL or sending emails to ISOUL LLC constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically via email and on the App satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Your Account
If you use this app, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or transfer your account to another person or entity. ISOUL LLC is not responsible for third-party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation. ISOUL LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.
Children Under Thirteen
ISOUL LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use ISOUL only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
Subscription and Refund Policy
Subscription and In-App Purchases
- ISOUL may offer subscriptions, in-app purchases, or premium features through the Apple App Store.
- All payments are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment terms and conditions.
- Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple ID account settings.
Cancellation Policy
- Users can cancel subscriptions or auto-renewals through Apple ID settings by selecting ‘Cancel Subscription.’
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Refund Policy
- All purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds.
- Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through the App Store under their refund policy.
- Apple determines refund eligibility at its sole discretion.
Links to Third-Party Apps/Services
ISOUL may contain links to third-party mobile apps (‘Linked Apps’). These Linked Apps are not controlled by ISOUL LLC, and we are not responsible for their content, updates, or security. Providing these links does not imply endorsement or affiliation with third-party operators.
Intellectual Property
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use ISOUL strictly in accordance with these Terms. All content on the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ISOUL LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. Disputes will be handled by a single neutral arbitrator in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
Class Action Waiver
- Claims must be brought on an individual basis.
- Class arbitrations and collective actions are not permitted.
Liability Disclaimer
ISOUL LLC provides the App ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. ISOUL LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
Termination & Governing Law
ISOUL LLC reserves the right to terminate user access at any time. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Changes to Terms
ISOUL LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at its discretion. The most recent version will always supersede prior versions.
