Introduction

This Privacy Policy (‘Policy’) applies to ISOUL and ISOUL LLC (‘Company’) and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Company include the ISOUL mobile application (‘App’). The Company’s App is a social networking and educational platform. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of Your Personal Information

To better provide you with products and services, the Company may collect personally identifiable information, such as:

  • First and last name
  • Mailing address
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Interests, occupation

If you purchase the Company’s products or services, we collect billing and payment information. However, transactions are processed through Apple’s App Store, and we do not store your financial details.

Additionally, the Company may collect non-personal demographic information, such as:

  • Age
  • Gender

We do not collect personal information unless you voluntarily provide it. However, you may be required to provide certain information to access features, including:

  • Registering for an account
  • Entering contests or promotions
  • Signing up for special offers
  • Submitting inquiries or support requests
  • Completing payment transactions

We may collect additional information in the future.

Right to Deletion

Upon receiving a verifiable request, we will:

  • Direct service providers to delete their records

Users can delete their account and all associated data permanently by using the «Delete Account» button in the app settings. Once an account is deleted, all personal data including name, email, profile information, and preferences will be removed from our records and from our service providers’ databases.

However, we may retain certain data if required to:

  • Complete transactions or fulfill service obligations
  • Detect security threats and prevent fraud
  • Identify and fix technical issues
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Conduct public interest research under legal and ethical guidelines

Children Under Thirteen

The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, you must obtain parental or guardian permission to use this App.

Email Communications

The Company may contact users via email for announcements, promotions, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and other general communications. To opt out, users can click the ‘unsubscribe’ link in any promotional email.

External Data Storage & Third-Party Services

We may store user data on third-party hosting services. We use third-party services such as Firebase (a Google service) for cloud storage, authentication, and analytics. These services collect and process user data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy as necessary. Significant changes will be communicated through email, in-app notifications, or by updating this Policy.
