Constitution of the ISOUL Global Women’s Association

Preamble

We, the members of the ISOUL Global Women’s Association, unite to build a global space for visionary women entrepreneurs, experts, executives, investors, and content leaders. Rooted in strategy, conscious leadership, and authentic connection, we establish this Constitution to formalize our shared mission: to empower women to lead with purpose, scale meaningful ventures, and shape the future of business and culture through technology, innovation, and mindful leadership.

Article I. Name

The name of this organization shall be the ISOUL Global Women’s Association (hereinafter referred to as “ISOUL” or “the Association”). ISOUL operates as a private international association. ISOUL LLC is registered in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.

Article II. Mission and Objectives

The mission of ISOUL is to cultivate a powerful global ecosystem for conscious, results-driven women leaders.

The Association’s objectives are to:

  1. Build an Ecosystem: Support women through a curated platform, contacts, private channels, and global gatherings.
  2. Integrate Technology and Conscious Leadership: Drive evolution in business and society through the fusion of innovation and emotionally intelligent leadership.
  3. Expand Influence: Elevate women’s visibility in entrepreneurship, innovation, leadership, and investment arenas.
  4. Facilitate Global Networking: Enable meaningful cross-border collaborations and strategic alliances.
  5. Support Business Development: Offer a business-focused community with masterminds, growth sessions, and expert-led workshops.
  6. Strengthen Personal Capacity: Promote sustainable performance through mindset development, well-being practices, and emotional resilience tools.
  7. Enhance Skills and Knowledge: Provide weekly language classes, expert-led sessions, and curated business resources to sharpen global capabilities.
  8. Amplify Visibility: Offer members speaking opportunities, stage presence, and a platform to showcase their companies and thought leadership.

Article III. Membership and Participation

Section 1. Target Audience and Categories

Membership is open to ambitious women around the world who lead with vision and purpose. The Association empowers:

  • Entrepreneurs – Scaling ventures and driving innovation
  • Experts & Professionals – Making a mark in their industries
  • Creators & Influencers – Sparking change through content
  • Global Executives & Investors – Leading innovation and strategic growth
  • Women in Leadership – Driving impact with emotional intelligence and clarity

Membership categories include:

  • Annual Members
  • ISOUL Contributors and Ambassadors
  • GRAND CAPITAL Tier (Investor-Mentor Circle)
  • ISOUL Presidents and Strategic Partners

Section 2. Application Process

Membership in the ISOUL Global Women’s Association shall be open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria and complete the application process as outlined herein. Membership is not automatically conferred and shall be selective, merit-based, and subject to approval by authorized representatives of the Association.

A. Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for membership, applicants must meet a minimum of three (3) of the following six (6) criteria:

  1. Demonstrated recognition in their industry through awards, press, or major speaking engagements.
  2. A track record of founding or scaling a successful company, startup, or initiative.
  3. Endorsement from an existing ISOUL member or a qualified industry professional.
  4. Proven leadership in business, innovation, investment, or thought leadership sectors.
  5. A publicly visible portfolio of projects, products, or intellectual property.
  6. International experience or participation in impact-driven initiatives or programs.

B. Admission Procedure

The application process shall include the following:

  1. Submission of the official application form via the ISOUL social media or direct communication with ISOUL leadership.
  2. Initial screening and evaluation by ISOUL-appointed representatives or curators.
  3. Mandatory interview with a representative of ISOUL to assess alignment with the values, mission, and objectives of the Association.
  4. Final review and decision by the admissions committee or designated ISOUL authority.
  5. Notification of outcome and issuance of formal admission notice upon approval.

C. Membership Fee

A membership processing fee of $600 is applicable to all new members. No fee shall be collected until formal acceptance is granted by the Association. Payment of the fee does not, in itself, constitute or guarantee admission. Membership is granted solely at the discretion of the ISOUL admissions committee.

Section 3. Member Benefits

Annual membership provides:

  • Recognition as part of a global association of women leaders
  • Access to 20+ monthly online events, strategic gatherings, and curated masterminds
  • Entry to the ISOUL mobile app and closed business community
  • Speaking and visibility opportunities on global stages
  • Opportunity to Enter the ISOUL Business Accelerator — 8-week strategic program for scale-up founders
  • AI-powered networking, business resources, and curated community news
  • Weekly English and Spanish business communication practice with certified instructors
  • A high-caliber network of women committed to growth, clarity, and impact

Section 4. Member Responsibilities

Members are expected to:

  • Maintain professional integrity and collaboration
  • Contribute actively through engagement, insight sharing, and support
  • Foster a safe, ambitious, and forward-thinking environment

Section 5. Dues and Payment

A non-refundableannual membership fee is required.

Note: Payment does not guarantee membership. All applications are reviewed for mission fit. Payment plans may be available upon request.

Section 6. Membership Revocation and Resignation

Membership may be revoked in cases of conduct that contradicts the Association’s principles. Voluntary resignation must be submitted in writing.

Article IV. Governance and Leadership

Section 1. Founder

Jane Milovanova is the founder and strategic director of ISOUL. As a serial entrepreneur and global speaker, she drives the community’s vision, growth, and global expansion.

Section 2. Leadership Structure

  • ISOUL Presidents: Appointed leaders in regional chapters (e.g., Miami, Tel Aviv, Dubai) who host in-person events, lead communities, and extend ISOUL’s mission
  • Executive Leadership: Oversees global operations, partnerships, and platform direction
  • Investor & Mentorship Circle (GRAND CAPITAL): Influential mentors and angel investors who provide guidance, funding, and participate in ISOUL’s accelerator and pitch events

Article V. Events and Programs

Section 1. Monthly Programming

ISOUL offers 20+ online sessions each month, including:

  • Masterminds and growth conversations
  • Industry-specific roundtables
  • Peer-to-peer knowledge exchanges
  • Business communication and leadership classes

Offline experiences include networking dinners, private salons, and international summits.

Section 2. Signature Initiatives

  • ISOUL Business Accelerator
  • Quarterly Networking Summits
  • Curated Visibility Opportunities (Media, Stage, Podcast)
  • Investor-Ready Pitch Events
  • Founder Wellness and Resilience Training (mindfulness-based but business-relevant)

Article VI. Financial Management

Section 1. Revenue Streams

ISOUL is funded by:

  • Annual membership fees
  • Premium accelerator and program revenue
  • Investor support through GRAND CAPITAL
  • Corporate sponsorships and strategic alliances

Section 2. Transparency

The Association adheres to responsible financial practices, with internal oversight and transparent reporting.

Article VII. Global Chapters

Chapters are active in 6+ countries and led by appointed ISOUL Presidents. Each chapter:

  • Builds local visibility and partnerships
  • Hosts regular meetups and events
  • Recruits new members and maintains community standards

Applications for chapter leadership are open to members who demonstrate exceptional alignment with ISOUL’s mission.

Article VIII. Amendments

This Constitution may be updated by the executive leadership to reflect the needs of a growing global network. A two-thirds internal vote is required for ratification.

Article IX. Equity and Inclusion

ISOUL is committed to inclusive leadership. We serve women of all backgrounds, professions, and cultures. We value emotional intelligence, diverse lived experiences, and cross-border collaboration as drivers of innovation.

Discrimination of any kind is not tolerated. We seek to build a world where women lead with purpose and are supported with respect, structure, and opportunity.
