Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions — ISOUL Global Women’s Association
Operated by ISOUL LLC · 6 Liberty Square, Boston, Massachusetts 02109, United States
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing our website, applying for membership, or completing payment for membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which constitute a legally enforceable contract between you and ISOUL LLC, the entity operating the ISOUL Global Women’s Association.
Key Membership Terms — Please Read Before Payment
- ISOUL membership is a single annual membership product with a fixed term of 12 months. It is not a monthly subscription and is not sold on a per-event or per-use basis.
- By completing payment you commit to the full 12-month membership term, and you agree to these Terms, including the Cancellation and Refund Policy in Section 4.
- A full refund may be requested within 14 calendar days of your purchase — no questions asked. See Section 4.1.
- After 14 calendar days the annual membership fee is final and non-refundable, with no exceptions. It is not recalculated or prorated on the basis of attendance, level of participation, your location, non-use, early termination, or a change in your personal, financial, or medical circumstances. See Section 4.2.
- Membership does not renew automatically. No further payment is charged without a separate agreement between you and ISOUL. See Section 3.2.
- Ending your membership early stops your access and member status, but does not create a right to a refund or to a recalculation of the annual fee. See Sections 4.2 and 12.1.
1. About ISOUL
The ISOUL Global Women’s Association (“ISOUL,” “the Association,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a selective international women’s leadership association. The Association is operated by ISOUL LLC, a company registered in the United States with its registered address at 6 Liberty Square, Boston, Massachusetts 02109. ISOUL LLC is the contracting party under these Terms and the recipient of all membership fees.
ISOUL unites founders, investors, CEOs, and women leaders across 29+ countries through curated events, masterclasses, mentorship, and peer communities.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://isoul.space and all related services, platforms, events, and membership programs (collectively, the “Services”). Use of our website, application for membership, or completion of payment for membership constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under 18 are not permitted to register or apply.
2. Selective Membership
2.1 Application-Based Admission
Membership in ISOUL is by application only and is not guaranteed. ISOUL reviews each application individually and reserves the sole right to accept, decline, or waitlist any applicant at its discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
Submitting an application does not create any contractual relationship or obligation on ISOUL’s part.
2.2 Membership Tiers
ISOUL currently offers two membership tiers:
| Tier | Standard Annual Fee | Description |
|---|---|---|
| ISOUL Resident | $600 for 12 months | Core membership: curated community, global events, masterclasses, digital resources, member directory access |
| ISOUL Board Member | $2,000 for 12 months | Premier membership: all Resident benefits plus VIP event invitations, speaking opportunities, dedicated mentorship, and priority access to new programs |
Both tiers are sold only as annual membership, covering one fixed 12-month term.
The fee applicable to you is the amount displayed at checkout at the time of your purchase. ISOUL may admit individual applicants at a different fee — for example through a chapter President, an ambassador, or a promotional admission round. Where the amount displayed at checkout differs from the standard fee above, the amount displayed at checkout applies, and it covers the same single 12-month membership term on the same conditions, including the refund conditions in Section 4.
Pricing is subject to change with 30 days’ notice to active members. Price changes do not affect your current membership period.
2.3 Annual Membership Term
ISOUL offers annual membership only. Each purchase grants membership for one fixed term of 12 consecutive months, beginning on the date of confirmed payment and ending 12 months later.
Membership is a single, indivisible annual product. ISOUL does not offer monthly, quarterly, per-event, or pay-as-you-go membership, and membership is not a subscription to a service that can be stopped part-way through the term.
The membership fee is payable for the term, not for usage. It does not depend on the number of events you attend, the level of your participation, the country you live in, or how much of the Association’s programme you choose to use during the term.
Membership does not renew automatically. Continuation beyond the 12-month term requires a separate agreement and a separate payment, as described in Section 3.2.
A membership term cannot be paused, suspended at the member’s request, transferred, or cancelled part-way through with a refund or a recalculation of the fee for unused months, except where ISOUL agrees to do so in writing at its sole discretion as a goodwill exception, which creates no right or precedent for any member.
3. Payment and Billing
3.1 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely via Stripe, Inc. ISOUL does not store credit card numbers. By providing payment information, you authorize ISOUL and Stripe to charge your payment method for the membership fee and any applicable taxes.
3.2 No Automatic Renewal
Your membership does not renew automatically, and ISOUL does not store or reuse your payment method to charge a renewal. Your card will not be charged again after your annual membership fee unless you make a new payment yourself.
Your membership simply ends on the last day of its 12-month term unless renewal is agreed in advance.
How renewal works. Before your term ends, a member of the ISOUL team contacts you individually to discuss whether you wish to continue for a further 12-month term. Renewal terms, including the renewal fee, are agreed with you individually and may differ from the fee you paid for your current term. Renewal takes effect only when you have agreed the terms and made the renewal payment yourself.
If you do not wish to be contacted about renewal, email isoul.wc@gmail.com at any time.
3.3 Failed Payments
If payment fails, ISOUL will attempt to process payment up to 3 times over 7 days. If payment cannot be collected, your membership access will be suspended until payment is resolved. Suspended accounts are not deleted and may be reactivated upon successful payment.
3.4 Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting ISOUL to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your membership and dispute the chargeback.
3.5 What You Agree To at Checkout
By completing payment for membership, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following:
- you are purchasing one annual ISOUL membership covering a fixed term of 12 months, and not a monthly subscription;
- the fee you pay covers the whole 12-month term, regardless of how many events you attend or how much of the programme you use;
- you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of payment;
- after 14 calendar days the fee is non-refundable and will not be prorated or recalculated for unused months;
- your membership will not renew automatically, and no further payment will be taken from your card without a new payment made by you;
- you accept these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, both published at https://isoul.space.
These conditions are published on our website and are presented to you before payment. Completing payment constitutes your acceptance of them.
3.6 Payment Plans (Instalments)
Where ISOUL offers a payment plan, the plan is a schedule for paying a single annual membership fee in parts. It is not a monthly subscription and does not create month-to-month membership.
By choosing a payment plan you commit to the full annual membership fee and to completing all scheduled payments for the 12-month term. Stopping the scheduled payments does not end your membership obligation and does not entitle you to a refund of payments already made.
If a scheduled payment fails or is stopped, ISOUL may suspend your access under Section 3.3, and the unpaid balance of the annual fee becomes immediately due. Amounts already paid are refundable only under Section 4.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 14-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase or of an agreed renewal payment. No questions asked.
This 14-day window is offered by ISOUL voluntarily. It is the period in which you can review the Association from the inside and change your mind, and it is the only period in which the annual membership fee is refundable.
To request a refund:
Email isoul.wc@gmail.com
Subject: “Refund Request — [Your Full Name]”
Include your purchase date and the email used for your account.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
4.2 After 14 Days
After the 14-day window, the annual membership fee is final and non-refundable.
Because membership is a single annual product paid for the term rather than for usage (Section 2.3), ISOUL does not issue refunds, partial refunds, credits, or prorated recalculations of the annual fee on any of the following grounds:
- you did not attend events, or attended fewer than you expected;
- you did not use, or chose not to use, part of the Association’s programme, platform, or resources;
- your location, time zone, or travel constraints, including being unable to attend in-person events in a particular country;
- a change in your personal, professional, or financial circumstances;
- you decide to end your membership early (see Section 12.1).
Membership access continues through the end of the paid 12-month term.
There are no exceptions to this Section. Nothing in these Terms entitles a member to request, or to be granted, a refund or a recalculation of the annual fee after the 14-day window on any ground, including personal, financial, medical, or other circumstances.
If ISOUL nevertheless chooses to offer any accommodation in an individual case, it does so entirely at its own initiative, voluntarily, and without obligation. Any such accommodation is not made under these Terms, is not an admission of any obligation or of any defect in the Services, and creates no right or precedent for the member concerned or for any other member.
4.3 For EEA and UK Residents
In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. By confirming your membership purchase, you expressly request that ISOUL begin providing services immediately. You acknowledge that your right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from purchase even if services have commenced. After 14 days, no refund is due.
4.4 Cancellation by ISOUL
ISOUL reserves the right to terminate a membership at any time if a member violates these Terms, the ISOUL Code of Conduct, or Community Standards (see Section 7). In cases of termination for conduct violations, no refund will be issued.
5. Events
5.1 Event Registration
Registration for ISOUL events (online and in-person) is subject to availability and may require a separate fee. Event registrations are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise at the time of registration.
5.2 Event Cancellation or Rescheduling by ISOUL
If ISOUL cancels or reschedules an event, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible. ISOUL will offer either:
- A full refund of the event registration fee, or
- Transfer of the registration to the rescheduled date
ISOUL is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants in connection with attending events.
5.3 Force Majeure
ISOUL shall not be liable for cancellation or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, venue closures, or acts of war.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 ISOUL Content
All content on https://isoul.space and within the member platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, video, course materials, masterclass recordings, and community resources — is the property of ISOUL LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use ISOUL content solely for your personal, non-commercial use as a member. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display ISOUL content without written permission
- Record, screenshot, or share content from private member sessions
- Use ISOUL’s name, logo, or branding without prior written consent
- Resell or sublicense any ISOUL content or membership benefits
6.2 Member-Generated Content
By posting content in ISOUL community spaces (forums, chats, event Q&As), you grant ISOUL a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the ISOUL community and for promotional purposes, with attribution where appropriate. You retain ownership of your content.
You represent that your content does not infringe any third-party rights and is not defamatory, illegal, or in violation of these Terms.
7. Community Standards and Code of Conduct
ISOUL is a curated, trust-based community. All members are expected to uphold the following standards:
7.1 Confidentiality
Information shared in private ISOUL spaces — including member calls, masterminds, private chats, and closed events — is confidential. Members may not:
- Share, publish, or disclose other members’ personal or business information without their explicit consent
- Screenshot, record, or distribute content from private sessions
- Use member directory information to build contact lists or for unsolicited outreach
7.2 Conduct Standards
Members agree to interact with respect, professionalism, and integrity. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any member or ISOUL staff
- Spam, unsolicited commercial solicitation, or pyramid scheme promotion within community spaces
- Sharing false or misleading information
- Impersonating another person or organization
- Engaging in any illegal activity through ISOUL platforms
7.3 Consequences
Violation of Community Standards may result in, at ISOUL’s discretion:
- Warning and required acknowledgment
- Temporary suspension of access
- Permanent termination of membership without refund
- Legal action where applicable
8. Privacy
Your use of ISOUL is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at https://isoul.space/privacy-policy/. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, and describes your rights under GDPR and CCPA.
9. Disclaimers
9.1 No Professional Advice
Content shared through ISOUL — including masterclasses, community posts, and member presentations — is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional legal, financial, medical, or business advice. Always consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.
9.2 No Guarantee of Results
ISOUL does not guarantee any specific outcomes, business results, revenue growth, or professional advancement as a result of membership.
9.3 As-Is Service
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” ISOUL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ISOUL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ISOUL’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ISOUL IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
ISOUL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ISOUL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, ISOUL’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ISOUL LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit to ISOUL platforms.
12. Termination
12.1 By You
You may end your membership at any time by emailing isoul.wc@gmail.com.
Because membership does not renew automatically (Section 3.2), no cancellation is required to stop future charges — none will be made. Ending your membership early means you give up your remaining access and member status. It does not entitle you to a refund of the annual fee or to a recalculation of it for the remaining months. Refunds are governed solely by Section 4.
Alternatively, you may simply keep your membership until the end of its 12-month term and decline renewal when the ISOUL team contacts you.
12.2 By ISOUL
ISOUL may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct violations (Section 7), failed payments, fraudulent activity, or at ISOUL’s sole discretion. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your license to access ISOUL content and the member platform ends immediately. Sections 6, 7, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation by emailing isoul.wc@gmail.com. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Boston, Massachusetts, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for IP or confidentiality violations.
For EEA and UK residents: Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
14. International Users
ISOUL is a global organization. While the Services are operated from the United States, members access them from around the world. You are responsible for compliance with all local laws applicable to your use of the Services.
15. Electronic Communications
By using ISOUL’s website and services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including membership confirmations, renewal notices, event information, and other service-related messages. These communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.
16. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website and member platform may contain links to third-party websites and services. ISOUL is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party sites. Links do not constitute endorsement.
17. Changes to These Terms
ISOUL reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will:
- Post the updated Terms with a new effective date
- Notify active members via email at least 14 days before changes take effect
- Display a notice on the member dashboard
Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific services, constitute the entire agreement between you and ISOUL regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements.
